In the story "综合症" set in present-day St. Petersburg, the city is shocked by a series of gruesome suicides. Egor, a final year student, is preparing to move to Moscow to forget the past and start a new life. Everything changes when he meets Karina - her parents committed suicide five years ago. Together, the young couple will try to uncover the mystery of the events that occurred then and are repeating themselves now.
